H. Mack & Company: A Salon has been deemed a Redken Elite Salon – a huge honor and achievement for a salon. This status allows each Artist of H. Mack to have first access to new Redken info, excellent continued education, VIP seating at all Redken events, and much more. We believe what sets us apart is our dedication to helping our guests define their vision. Our award-winning Artists are ready to help create signature looks and teach our guests how to recreate them at home through thorough consultations and outstanding communication.
Due to the relaxing nature of the H. Mack & Company experience, we respectfully request children be brought to the salon only when the child is receiving a service.
As much as we love our furry friends, please leave your pets at home. It is against TDLR regulations for animals to be inside a salon unless it is a service animal.
Gift cards may be purchased for any dollar denomination and any service or combination of services. H. Mack & Company is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. They must be presented at the time of the service and are not refundable.
Method of Payment
All major credit cards accepted. Please note that credit cards may be used for the payment of salon products and/or services only. Checks are not accepted. 50% deposit required at booking for appointments over $500.00. Cash tips are preferred but not required. Please note that your stylist is responsible for tipping his or her assistant out of their own tips.
Cancellations and No-Shows
Every appointment is especially reserved for you! As a courtesy to H. Mack & Company, our staff and waiting guests, we require a 24-hour advance cancellation notice.
A credit card number is required to reserve your appointment, but it will not be charged unless you are a no-show or your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled service.
Please understand that when you miss or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and guests on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a No-Show Fee of 100% will apply.

We realize that you may need to switch to a different stylist based on a variety of reasons – schedules, prices, or sometimes just to get a different perspective. Please feel free to ask us for a referral to another in-house stylist. All of our stylists are very supportive of one another. We keep detailed records of your service history and color formulas. All our stylists have equal access to this information. And, don’t forget, we have our own in-house associate program. Therefore, many of our stylists have received their training from our own senior stylists. In this way, we can ensure that no matter who you see, you will receive the same high quality service to which you have grown accustomed.
Returns & Exchanges
As a guest of H. Mack & Company, it is our goal to give you our best, every time. If you are ever unhappy with a service you have received at H. Mack & Company, please do not hesitate to let us know within 48 hours by phone or email at email@example.com (include pictures if possible). Refunds will not be given.
Please be aware that H. Mack & Company is not responsible for any damage to personal belongings from inadvertent spills or droplets of color or water. You may ask to change into a smock/apron prior to the start of your service by asking your stylist, an assistant or the front desk to do so. You may also choose to leave your purses, jackets, belongings at home or in your car rather than out in the salon to protect them from inadvertent damage.
Our online options for purchases of gift cards or gift certificates are non-refundable. All Gift Cards and gift certificates never expire.
We take great pride in our quality products. If you are unhappy with any product purchased, please feel free to let us know and we will allow you to substitute for another product of equal or lesser value as long as product is 75% or more unused and 30 days has not elapsed.
Please note, services provided by associates are not guaranteed. Our salon stylists will not provide you with a redo for an associate service. You must schedule the redo with the associate who originally provided you with the service.
